The MA programme covers a variety of core topics in finance and investments, such as financial analysis and corporate finance. Additionally, you can tailor the programme towards your specific career ambitions with elective subjects during your second semester.
What were you doing before joining BSBI?
Before joining BSBI, I was working as a financial factoring supervisor. I had the opportunity to work in business, banking in the most important banks in Mexico.
Why did you choose BSBI?
I chose BSBI because the programme contains all the topics that I want to learn to take my professional career to the next level.
My lectures, right now, are online due to the ongoing coronavirus / pandemic situation – but I am really enjoying this experience because it doesn’t matter that we don’t have contact face-to-face. The teaching method is very innovative and also my teachers are very helpful if I have any questions, they help me all the time. The campus is very nice, people are friendly, all my classmates come from different parts of the world, so we have different backgrounds and that makes the classes more intriguing.
Why did you choose to study in Berlin?
My experience in Berlin is very nice. I am enjoying this city so much because people are very friendly and also if you are not a German speaker, you can communicate with other people in a proper way. I mean it is a multicultural city – so that’s why I like it here and also the cost of living is not too expensive as other parts of Europe. Also, Berlin is one of the most important cities in Europe.
