On Monday 24 January, Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) hosted its second graduation ceremony in Berlin.
In the opening speech, Professor Dr Kyriakos Kouveliotis, Provost and Chief Academic Officer at BSBI, addressed over 200 graduates who were in attendance and streaming online on YouTube, complimenting them for their academic success.
He was followed by Anklin Amadi, a graduating student from the MA in International Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management, who reflected on the journey coming to an end and encouraged his fellows graduates to look ahead.
“I’m sure that each of us have a unique BSBI story on how our lives have been transformed by this great institution. What a joy it is that today we are graduating and moving on to a new beginning. But, what next? What are you going to do with this transformative experience that you have received? All of us will have very ambitious answers to this question, talking about how we will work in the best companies occupying spectacular positions or how we will start a business, become very successful and make a tangible impact,” Anklin said.
BSBI graduates also had the opportunity to hear from Ambassador Karl-Erik Norrman, Founder and Secretary General of the European Cultural Parliament (ECP), the only Pan-European forum for personalities from all sectors of arts and culture. ECP has 165 members from 43 European countries, promoting projects and workshops on broad European themes. Ambassador Norrman emphasized that Arts and Management are closely related. His remarks brought a truly international perspective to the ceremony, inspiring all in attendance.
Congratulations to all BSBI graduates!
